STS Enterprises, Inc. is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal material appearing on your web site(s) as well as the conduct of any user of your site(s).  You are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

You are solely responsible for all content appearing on any advertisement, bulletin board, discussion page, or web page of your site including 3rd party material.  STS Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request.

STS Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right at all times to retract and terminate this agreement under its sole discretion

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER STS ENTERPRISES, INC. NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE STS AFFILIATE PROGRAM, BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO, INACCESSIBILITY TO, USE OF, USABILITY OR UN-USABILITY THE STS AFFILIATE PROGRAM WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING. YOUR STS AFFILIATE PROGRAM AND HTML CODE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

STS Enterprises, Inc. shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of creative materials from you or your organization, including creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, logos, graphics or other information appearing on a website or having been sent to STS Enterprises, Inc. by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or other communication.

The STS Affiliate Program is controlled and operated by STS Enterprises, Inc. from its offices within the State of Wisconsin, United States of America.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

STS Enterprises, Inc. may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this document on any of our corporate web sites. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit these web sites to review the then current Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers to which you are bound.

As between you and STS Enterprises, Inc., STS Enterprises, Inc. exclusively owns all rights, titles and interests in and to any of the Materials (and any and all elements thereof) and any and all copies thereof throughout the universe in any and all media now known or hereafter developed. If any provision of this Agreement shall be considered unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
