TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER STS ENTERPRISES, INC. NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THIS SERVICE, BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO, INACCESSIBILITY TO, USE OF, USABILITY OR UN-USABILITY OF THE SERVICES WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, STS ENTERPRISES, INC. ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INACCESSIBILITY TO YOUR SERVICES BY A THIRD PARTY. STS ENTERPRISES, INC. ALSO ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED TO A THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF ACCESS TO, OR INACCESSIBILITY TO YOUR SERVICES.
STS Enterprises, Inc. shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of creative materials from you or your organization, including creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, logos, graphics or other information appearing on a website or having been sent to STS Enterprises, Inc. by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or other communication.
STS is controlled and operated by STS Enterprises, Inc. from its offices within the State of Wisconsin, United States of America.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
STS Enterprises, Inc. may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this document on any of our corporate web sites. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit these web sites to review the then current Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers to which you are bound.
As between you and STS Enterprises, Inc., STS Enterprises, Inc. exclusively owns all rights, titles and interests in and to any of the Materials (and any and all elements thereof) and any and all copies thereof throughout the universe in any and all media now known or hereafter developed. You will not do anything that might impair STS Enterprises, Inc.'s rights, titles or interests in and to such Materials (and any and all elements thereof) nor will you assert any right, title or interest in or to such Materials (including any copy or element thereof).
I have read the STS Enterprises, Inc. Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers referring to all services provided by STS Enterprises, Inc. and agree to abide by their provisions. I also agree to abide by the policies of other connected networks I use. I recognize STS Enterprises, Inc. offers no guarantees or warranties on the performance of this or any other service.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be considered unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
